“The event itself was excellent. However, the expectation that you would be interviewed and hired on the spot is a bit misleading. Even understanding that it may not be possible in all cases, a newcomer may have been disappointed to come all that way and still be redirected to the vendor's website. Awareness of the local resources available made up for it some-what.”

“Google navigation was less than cooperative but once there, every one I spoke with were very helpfull. I actually met one employer I had already submitted a resume to. If you are looking for a government job, they also had a representaitive for the Tri-County Region. I hope more recruiters will be available to us in the future.. ”
