Follow Traci BartlowTraci Bartlow is an Oakland based artist and entreprenuer. She has a longstanding career as a visual and performance artist, activist, community organizer, researcher and teacher of African American social dances.2020 launches the world premiere of Ms. Bartlow'sOakland Picture Lady: Tales of a 90’s Girl, a photojournalist archive of 50 Hip Hop industry photos, combined with poignant storytelling vignettes of compelling life experiences taken in the Bay Area from 1992 - 1999.In the 90's, Traci Bartlow’s photography has been featured in Source Magazine, Vibe, Rap Pages, and Forty-Eighty publications. In 2018, Traci was prominently featured inRespect: Hip-Hop Style and Wisdomat the Oakland Museum of California with a 9-foot photo enlargement her photography of an underground 90’s Hip Hop concert located in San Francisco.She is the owner of B-Love's Guest House located at the beautiful Victorian house she owns in West Oakland, California. The vision of this company is to provide a lodging service, garden and event space that has a culture of kindness, and creative expression.
