In 2017, Tom set out to hitchhike to the other side of the world. Over 2 years, he was taken through Europe, Russia, Central Asia, China and more. During this time, he wild camped over 600 nights. From roadsides to portable toilets, he learned all about outdoor equipment, what to bring, how to keep safe and stay comfortable. This adventure tested and challenged him. Since returning to the UK he has been working hard to help other people get outside on their own adventures.
