The ongoing mission in TN HIMSS is to add value and education for our members and to assist our members in growing their healthcare careers. We do this through our HIT workforce development program and thru events like this!These programs are ideal for members that are looking to expand their HIT career OR HIT leaders that want to help develop their employees skillsets. In this afternoon session we will hear from one of our esteemed chapter leaders that has sent numerous people from his team thru our programs and is leading others by example.
