Tiana Fech is a mom of three boys, an educator, and a lifelong learner with extensive experience in curriculum design, inclusive education, and classroom teaching. She spent four years as a sessional instructor in the Werklund School of Education at the University of Calgary and received an Excellence in Practicum Supervision Award in 2021.Tiana currently works as an Academic Engagement Facilitator at the ARIS Hub (Applied Research and Innovation Services) at SAIT, where she and a colleague co-developed a framework to increase student engagement in applied research. Together, they lead mentorship training and support the framework’s implementation across ARIS Hub research teams.Through her business,Tiana Fech Consulting, and her bookOnline Course Creation 101, she helps business leaders, entrepreneurs, facilitators, coaches, consultants, and curious minds create engaging, heart-centred learning experiences.
