As a college educator with 25 years of teaching experience, I’ve transitioned from the classroom to the countryside. With a culinary degree and a lifelong passion for food, I now enjoy growing what I cook and raising animals as part of a hands-on lifestyle. Whether in the garden, kitchen, or barn, I find joy in working close to the land and sharing that connection with others.
