The band was talented and fun while it lasted, but the night ended poorly with their decision to switch genres. The show was supposed to run until 11, yet the disco stopped at 10:20 with the excuse that there was “no more disco to play.” They had barely scratched the surface of disco songs. I could easily rattle off 20 common disco songs that they didn’t play. On top of that, a 20 minute dance lesson during the band’s break cut into the live music we paid for. Tickets and cocktails were pricey, and losing almost 60 minutes of music made the value questionable.
