This event is to promote membership engagement amongst Virginia counties: Charles City, Chesterfield/Colonial Heights, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Powhatan, Richmond City. Planning District 15's intentions are to promote comradery, peer to peer networking and advocating for our region.
