Raised in a Caribbean household, Chef Cheese’s grandmother introduced him to cooking. Whether it was helping out with the green beans or just standing by the stove to watch and learn, Garth was involved. These early experiences influenced him and sparked his dream for wanting to become a world renowned chef.As a teenager, Garth followed his cooking passion by entering a culinary program at Canarsie High School where he learned a variety of recipes.After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management from the Art Institute of New York City, Garth worked alongside prestigious chefs through the country to hone in on his culinary crafts.His creativity blossomed and in 2013 started his own catering company: Take It Eazy Catering. Although successful, he has since given up catering to focus on more personal dining experiences and building his brand -- “The Stylish Chef”.From initiate dinners for two to small family gatherings, and much more; Chef Cheese brings fine dining to you! He creates a specialized menu and provides unforgettable cuisine.
