The Steven Spectrum Career Project (SSCP) envisions a world where neurodivergent individuals are celebrated for their strengths and unique skills, rather than burdened with the struggle of trying to fit into inflexible systems.SSCP believes in a world where neurodivergence is not a disability or disorder, because there are enough opportunities and resources for these people to succeed as well as any neurotypical person would.SSCP strives to support the integration and success of neurodivergent people in the workforce. SSCP serves any member of the neurodivergent population in NYC, with a specific focus on the Queens community.
