This was a most uplifting experience, positive, fun, and informative. So different from the "norm." LOVED meeting Mama D and Levar Jones. Such powerful activist models! Glad my daughter and I volunteered in the morning to meet people as we help set up. Great vendors, too. (I am asctually glad there were few food trucks so that the attendees could focus more on the performances and informational programming. THANK you for putting this festival on. I hope next year we can help again and bring others with us.
