We are Debbie and Anne, The Retreat Girls who are your hosts whether you book a day retreat, a short UK retreat or a longer European one.We started The Retreat Girls because we are passionate about helping women feel more confident by focussing on their wellness and carving out time to rest and be pampered.Debbie is an experienced hair and make up artist and a highly sought after wedding stylist who is also now a Belief Coding coach and Anne is a trained massage therapist and reflexologist and more recently has been in the wellness and skincare sales industry.We are both mums, dog lovers and foodies who love to discover new places to eat and at home love to cook from scratchWe believe that women work hard and should 'retreat hard' too!We can't wait to see you in December!
