We seek to transform the retribuive and inequitable systems and cultures of our state by training leaders to be restorative and transformative in their context. We believe that liberation begins in our minds and that abolition requires imagination. Our framework for systems change is trauma informed and culturally competent. We want to create the space for everyone to realize they are not the worst thing that they have done nor are they the worst thing that has ever happened to them.
