The New Quo is a leadership development and communication consultancy helping leaders tap into their narrative intelligence and the psychological power of story to transform behavior, build inclusive culture, and communicate new ideas with deeper connection and influence to achieve their goals. She provides professional development training on inclusive leadership and copywriting services for underrepresented founders, and has taught 445 leaders how to transform themselves, their habits, and their workplace cultures on the topics of imposter syndrome, unconscious bias, and culture change. Before running her business, she worked for 10 years in corporate America using stories to drive change including inspiring 300k teens to take action on pro-social causes, and closing 6.5M in sales with the teams and household brands she's worked with.
