The National Self Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC) is run by The Homebuilding Centre Limited, an employee-owned business formed in 2014.The NSBRC has gone from strength to strength since the team of employee-owners took responsibility for this unique resource. Over the last 14 years the NSBRC has welcomed over 230,000 self builders through its doors, from first-time self and custom builders to developers, home improvers and renovators.The team have invested heavily in the facility and in 2017 the NSBRC was named Wiltshire's 'Small Buisness of the Year' and has won several other awards.
