The Movement Creative is a nomadic movement studio in New York City that blends the ethos and practice of parkour with skills and lessons from other movement disciplines. We are a community that supports one another in creating and maintaining our own regular movement practices through communal exploration and development. We make NYC our gym, with classes all over Manhattan, and use our city to make us stronger.
