The Lake Foundation was established in 2023 with the goal of providing public education, community advocacy, and promotion of overall psychological wellbeing in Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA), beginning in Lackawanna County. Our mission is to help create a community where everyone has the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to live a mentally healthy life.
