Or, that the settlement is worded properly to conform with underwriting guidelines to gain the proper approval with the best outcome.We are very proud of our affiliation with the Colorado Fraternal Order of Police and Line of Duty Death Benefit that we provide to all first responders when they do a loan with us. This is at no cost to the borrower and covers up to 525K of their mortgage.Both Karla and Kelsi are born and raised in Colorado and they bring a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of residential lending, staying on top of what’s relevant in the community, and in the market. Karla has been in the mortgage industry since the early 90s and Kelsi joined the business soon after graduating from college.
