It was relaxing and healing, just what I needed. I'm still feeling the positive effects today. I look forward to doing more of this. The presenter was really "tuned in". He was extremely knowledgeable and was good at getting people to talk. The singing bowls and their sounds were beautiful. It really was SOUND HEALING. thank you. Namaste.
