The Foundation for Black Heritage and Culture is quantifiable, multi-disciplinary organization. One of the main goals of the foundation is to develop and present quality and relevant programs that advanced the African American culture; and to re-establish prominence to the community so that the citizens of Houston and its outlying areas, youth, and visitors could reap full benefits from the presentation.
