Follow The Equity AllianceTHE EQUITY ALLIANCE Based in Nashville, TN, with alliances in Memphis and Chattanooga, The Equity Alliance (TEA) is a statewide grassroots c3 organization that provides Black people in Tennessee the space and autonomy to choose the quality of life they want. We meet Black voters where they are to equip them with tools and strategies to fully participate in civic processes and champion solutions to issues that affect their daily lives. We believe those impacted by the issues have the best solutions, so we resist, persist, assemble, and, most importantly, vote.
