Follow The DDRB of St. Charles CountyThe Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County (DDRB) has been a leading resource for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families in St. Charles County since 1977. The DDRB provides funding in support of services to strengthen community members’ lives and improve the region's vitality. A community resource and ally, the DDRB has led the creation of a comprehensive support network for St. Charles County, connecting people with I/DD and their families with valuable resources and giving a voice to their unique needs and abilities. The DDRB is a public taxing entity, commonly known as a “Senate Bill 40 Board,” that enters into funding contracts with agencies that serve individuals with I/DD in St. Charles County. Recognized as a St. Louis Post-Dispatch 2025 St. Louis Top Workplace winner, this recognition reflects DDRB's commitment to creating a positive workplace culture that mirrors the inclusive, supportive community we strive to build for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout St. Charles County.
