Come get a behind-the-scenes look at our dynamic operation and the processes that produce sustainable seafood, from spawning to harvest. Guests also learn about our collaborations with leading scientific institutions, and have the opportunity to purchase fresh abalone, sea urchin, and seaweed directly from the source.
