Texas Health Steps DSHS Region 10

Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) is Medicaid’s comprehensive preventive child health service for individuals from hospital discharge through 20-years of age. In Texas, EPSDT is known as a Medicaid Program named Texas Health Steps (THSteps).
