Teresa Nieves

Teresa Nieves is the owner of Teresa Nieves Coaching, LLC. She supports women, non-binary, and gender fluid folx with life coaching and Reiki healing as a Holistic Healing Coach. She meets them where they’re at and helps them pursue their dreams. Teresa works one-on-one with numerous folx to help them achieve their potential through rediscovering how amazing and powerful they truly are. By holding space and challenging limited beliefs, clients have brought joy back into their lives, started passion-filled businesses, healed and recovered through cancer treatment, and have fallen back in love with themselves. Teresa also has over 15 years of nonprofit management, program development, and capacity building. Her love of community and believing that folx are their own catalyst for change began in her direct work with the Harford Community. Teresa has a loving partner and is raising two rebel daughters to break all the rules and create their own. She lives in Newington, CT, and offers her services locally and virtually.
