Team SoCal is a group of transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, supporters, and healthcare professionals committed to paying it forward and celebrating the Gift of Life!Team SoCal was formed in 2011 with the goal to unite the transplant community in Southern California. The Team unites to represent Southern California at the Transplant Games of America, an biennial event where Teams from across the country participate in friendly competitions, which showcase the beauty and resilience of a healthy life after life-saving, life-altering organ, eye, and tissue transplantation. One of the main goals of this wonderful event is increasing awareness about organ, corneal, and tissue transplantation and donation.
