Tality Wellness is a social wellness experience equipped with sauna, cold plunges, unlimited kombucha, and lounge area. We encourage Tality-goers to connect and engage with each other while challenging their limits through a hot and cold cycling experience. A new franchise location is coming to Calgary soon so we're bringing people together with the amazing resources available in Calgary, Alberta---- and that is, the Bow River. Come join for a unique riverside experience (see events page!).We’ll have a cozy Finnish sauna set up by the river, a few lounge chairs to kick back in (feel free to bring your favorite one!), and your choice of a 1 handcrafted wild folk mocktail — flavored with foraged ingredients and full of refreshing vibes.
