This was the sorriest Funk Fest that I have ever attended! Grown people doing grown folks thangs, but no beer or wine? I don't know who thought this would be a success, but beware of "Janky Promoters"! Sound system was garbage, DJ was garbage! And since when do we have one food vendor at a Soul Food Funk Fest? Come on Fayetteville! I guess I have to keep driving out of town for good grown folks entertainment. Never again Fayetteville. I think some people are just out for a quick payday and are not presenting quality entertainment. I guess we all just a bunch of suckers, but never again, you can only rip me off once!

I was NOT SATISFIED the way the venue was handled. The security and check-in process was very unprofessional AND unorganized. The venu stated beach view and the venue was a a state park and the beach was garbage!! It looked abandoned. Then it was so hot and they had empty tents that was NOT being used at all because they wanted people to buy 350.00 bottle service!! That is freaking ridiculous. Who ever promoted this needs to be FIRED!! only postive thing is that I like was the Rock Steady Band. That's it!!
