Successful Aging AZ was created to open safe, comfortable, and critical dialogue related to aging and illness - all from an educational perspective. With a focus on classes designed to create awareness through discussion of all the areas of aging we don't even think to talk about. The goal is getting people comfortable with the uncomfortable. In the process, individuals and families come together and learn how to avoid the bumps that ultimately cause us disruption at best, failure at worst!. We share what are typical struggles as we age and begin to experience health changes. We share what you can do to live your best life in this realm. Our focus is proactive decision-making, and encouragement to keep all of the people in your closest circle aware of your preferences and choices.
