Sublime Crust is a young and passionate French-style artisanal bakery based in South Florida that started as a cottage bakery. Since our founding, we’ve steadily built a loyal following by offering high-quality sourdough bread and handcrafted pastries at local farmers markets. Our commitment to traditional European baking techniques and premium ingredients has set us apart and earned us recognition—including a recent award for Best Baguette in Florida by the French-American Association.Though we are a small business, Sublime Crust has grown organically through word-of-mouth and strong community support. We currently sell at several farmers markets and are preparing to expand into wholesale and direct retail.
