I absolutely loved the workshop. Jeanine & Brian were so welcoming, kind & helpful. I loved the whole concept of removing judgement & focusing on the outcome & just letting your inner guide do the work for you. You are just the vessel. Enjoyed starting with a meditation and the sporadic prompts Jeanine gave through the class to remind us not to overthink but just see where the process takes you. I loved the unique tools she had for us to experience with…. And even better was the cost! FREE! I wish I could have stayed longer to observe all the jewelry for sale & art on display.

Stony Point Art Studio offers a variety of small group art classes for adults and children in a creative and supportive environment. All skill levels are welcome! Students will receive guidance from an artist as their teacher and tap into their creativity in a nurturing, encouraging art studio. Discover the power of your inner-artist! A bit about myself...My background includes fine arts programs at Alfred University and Brockport College. I am an artist, a gardener, a mother, an animal and nature lover and a painter whom primarily works in acrylics and watercolors. I have taught k-12 art in several schools in the area as well as homeschool art classes. I have owned and operated the studio at several locations for more than 20 years. It brings me much joy to work with fellow developing artists and I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my love for visual arts with students of all ages! Workshops offered are part of the On the Canals program, presented free of charge by Stony Point Art Studio, the NYS Canal Corporation and the NY Power Authority.
