Stefanie Milroy is the director of HealthyUNCG, UNCG's employee wellness program. HealthyUNCGprovides UNCG employees with information, programs, and services that help to promote a healthier lifestyle and a better quality of life.HealthyUNCG was the creator of Making the Grade in Worksite Wellness, which began as a one day workshop in 2011. It was created in response to the 2008 state policy that all state agencies must have an employee wellness program. The event was a time for universities and community colleges across the state to come together to overcome obstacles and share ideas and resources. It then returned in 2015 as an annual event and is now a 2 day conference! The Making the Grade in Worksite Wellness Conference now moves around the state each year. In 2016, the event was hosted at UNC-Wilmington.
