I’m experienced trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, sound healing and systemic constellations teacher and educator. My work is shaped by lived experience and a deep commitment to personal and collective change. As a war survivor, former refugee, and someone who has lived with chronic illness since childhood, I understand what it means to carry tension, anxiety, and inherited pain. My own journey led me to practices that helped me build steadiness, strength, and a sense of grounded resilience.Over the years, I’ve studied science, somatic coaching, and systemic work, drawing links between intergenerational trauma, personal and collective resilience, and the capacity to live with more clarity and ease. I’ve trained in trauma-aware and accessible approaches to nervous system regulation, influenced by the work of teachers like Dr. Gabor Maté and Bessel van der Kolk.To me, strength doesn’t always look like pushing through. Sometimes it’s quiet. It comes from staying with what’s hard, listening to the body, and moving through things slowly and honestly, over time.Rooted in a deep respect for our shared humanity, I am honoured to welcome you, just as you are.
