The Mental Health and Wellness Action Team of St. Paul - Ramsey County Public Health is a Community Health Improvement Plan team that is a collaboration of community organizations, government agencies, and community members that are focused on increasing well-being opportunities and strengthening relationships between safety and mental health to reduce stigma with a racial and health equity lens.
