    I am William Brogan. I live in Hayes Valley with my cat Wiwi. My partner for 26 years, Steve Casavant unexpectedly passed away while I was asleep and he was taking a bath on March 13, 2024.I have been a member of St Francis Lutheran Church since 2008. I am a Council member and the Worship Committee & Task Force.
