St. Anthony Park Community Council

St. Anthony Park Community Councilis the official ‘District 12’ neighborhood organization for the City of Saint Paul. The SAPC Council is where residents and businesses come together on vital neighborhood interests that enhance the quality of life, strengthen the character and vitality of the community, and ensure the effectiveness of government. Our work is centered on creating opportunities for residents to learn about what is happening in our neighborhood – and collaborate with one another and city government to maintain and improve our St. Anthony Park neighborhood.
