Saugus Pines River Advocacy for Regional Resilience (SPRARR) was formed in 2021 with a common vision to understand regional coastal vulnerabilities, identify community priorities for resilience, and prioritize adaptation efforts in locations most in need of attention. SPRARR is coalition of members of the five communities within the Saugus River Watershed (Revere, Lynn, Malden, Everett, and Saugus).
