Kiwanis Club of Downtown Sparks is a local organization that is part of the international Kiwanis community. This event support service leadership programs for high school and college students and for adults with disabilities. This club is focused on programs that serve children and their families in Washoe County, the region (California, Nevada and Hawaii), nationally and worldwide. The service programs the club supports are equally diverse, but the primary service project on a local is the Kiwanis Bike Program. Through our largest program we provide teaching, repairing and donation bike programs for non-profits, and a wide range of youth programs throughout the community. The bike program is described on our current website, or come see us at the Kiwanis Activity Center at 5305 Mill Street to learn about what the club does throughout the year.
