Sophia is a seasoned professional in Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) consultancy, and Mental Health advocacy.She is dedicated to cultivating inclusive and psychologically safe work environments. She has extensive Line/People Manager experience as well as a history of designing and executing transformational change programs, facilitating workshops, and propelling Senior Leaders and C-Suite executives into action.Sophia's purpose lies in driving culture change and championing Mental Health initiatives and she is especially passionate about working with people and line managers in organisations.Having been a line manager for the last 7 years, she is aware they are often overworked, overwhelmed and overlooked while dealing with enormous pressures.She also knows they are rarely given the tools/training/support to be optimised in their daily tasks as well as properly care for and develop their team.Her passion, inspiration and life's work is empowering them to succeed in both.
