The team is headed by Asst Prof. Julian Lim, an international expert in sleep psychology. Our therapists use psychological and behavioural techniques to treat insomnia, parasomnias, circadian disorders, hypersomnia, and other sleep issues. We also have substantial expertise in teaching mindfulness and offer mindfulness courses to help clients reduce stress and improve sleep quality.
