She is an intense passionate educator driven to empower courageous and compassionate individuals to heal old wounds and patterns in order to live more healthy and fulfilled lives.She is an Ayurveda and Shadow-Work Practitioner, Advanced Yoga, Breath-Work and Meditation teacher. She has an extensive educational background including workshops and trainings throughout the US, India, Italy and Costa Rica. She is the creator of IGNITE!Mind/BodyDetox™ a 3hr transformational process that encourages emotional freedom and deep Soul connection. When she is not working she is cooking, writing or planning her next trip. She is available for personal sessions and programs, year round.
