My name is Sofia Korniak. I'm a certified Yoga teacher Yoga Aliance USA and teaching is my biggest passion. Born in Moscow, Russia and having a Law Degree I've been working for years in this field. Then, eventually, In 2017 I've decided to change my life and move to India where I was lucky to receive an ancient tool for Self-Realisation from Indian Gurus. I continued to practice and study Yoga in Nepal, Sri Lanka and Russia. Also I didn't stop working as a lawyer but my Inner Voice always told me that I need to focus and put all of my effort to teach Yoga. And here I AM (Sat Nam).
