Smith Dental Care- Cosmetic, Family & Sedation Dentistry

This "free" dental clinic was a joke! There were EXPLICIT instructions for sign up on Friday that stated no one would be allowed to enter the parking lot before 3:30pm and when I pulled in at 3:29 both lots were already full and the line wrapped around the entire lot. If I had known that they wouldn't prevent people from entering so early I would have done the same! They also stated on the sign up information that anyone who couldn't make it in person would be able to sign up for spots in the event there were any and that was supposed to be on their website and 6pm on Friday and OF COURSE there was no link or any button on their personal website after 6pm to even attempt that! Taking advantage of people in dire need is disgusting and if everyone isn't given a fair chance it shouldn't be available! People conned the system and it was just allowed to happen because what are people that need a free teeth cleaning really going to do?!?!?? Smith Dental should be ashamed!!
