The Skills Development Center, founded in 2011, is a private non-profit organization dedicated to working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a place where they can learn skills, build friendships and have fun!! No government support - totally funded by our programs and families and this annual event also doubles as our clients' Halloween Party!! Come join the fun and support a wonderful group of people!!
