About Gemm:From my childhood days of running through crisp white linen sheets hung over the washing line pretending they were grand stage curtains, to singing boldly into my bright pink and green echo microphone, I performed daily. I still remember the comical moment of getting entangled in curtains while dressed as a sheep for my debut nativity play- thankfully VHS’s are a thing of the past!Yet, amidst these playful beginnings, my journey took me to remarkable heights, including a beautiful performance with the LA Philharmonic Orchestra at the iconic Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, all at the age of 18.Reflecting on my life’s connection with music especially our ‘Friday night jam nights’ with my parents, music has been an unwavering companion, supporting me through moments of joy, sadness, and every shade in between. It's more than a passion; it's my sanctuary—a constant presence that grounds me, connects me, and fuels my spirit.Finding HarmonyDespite finding success and life long friendships in the corporate world of Kitchen and Bathroom sales, I never felt fully satisfied and knew I had to incorporate music into my work life somehow. A pivotal moment arose when I joined the CEDA charity as a Music Practitioner supporting neurodivese children and adults, it was here that I witnessed the profound benefits of music firsthand.Several years later, I underwent rigorous training in Sound Therapy at The British Academy of Sound Therapy, equipping me with expert knowledge to support individuals of all backgrounds, where I obtained expert knowledge to tailor treatments to individuals of all backgrounds, addressing specific emotional, physical, and mental needs.Guiding clients towards holistic well-being and harmony has been deeply rewarding. My personal journey through sound was extremely transformative, compelling me to embrace this path wholeheartedly, fast forward to today, I've now developed my own Signature Method for relaxation and transformation, nurturing the Mind, Body, and Soul.
