“Provide quality health care that is patient-centered,affordable and accessible for all in our community“Everything we do is designed to provide quality, professional primary care services and wellness education to more and more members of our community.In partnership with public and private funders and sponsors, managed care entities, and individual supporters, Shalom operates two primary care clinics and 27 school-based clinics.Throughout the year, we also sponsor a number of special events designed to promote health in the community and raise awareness about Shalom and our work.
