Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. was organized on November 12, 1922 in Indianapolis, Indiana by seven young educators.The Leading Ladies of Lambda Chi Sigma Alumnae of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. was chartered in Alsip, IIlinois on September 7, 2013 with 25 chartering members. Our focus is to builda firm foundation – strengthening the bond among each soror, partnering with the community and becoming fiscally stable. We are dedicated to Sisterhood, Service, and Social through Sigma.
