    About Serco (Restart Scheme)

    The Restart Scheme has been commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as part of the Governments ‘Plan for Jobs’, to provide intensive and tailored support to around 0.7 million individuals, to help them into sustained employment.The Restart Scheme is delivered in England and Wales in 12 different Contract Package Areas (CPA). Serco are responsible for delivering the contract across two CPAs; West Central CPA1a (Black Country, Coventry, Greater Birmingham and Solihull, The Marches and Worcestershire) and CPA6 Wales.We work with 15 delivery partners across West Central and 11 across Wales to deliver the Restart Scheme.
