After 5 unsuccessful years in business, Wayne was preparing to leave the real estate industry, when he made a decision to give himself 12 months to either “get in” or “get out” of the real estate business. 12 months later, Wayne’s income was up 400%, while regaining life balance. Wayne moved into brokerage in 2001 and tripled the size of the office in 24 months, utilizing the lessons of his own career.Wayne then moved onto a regional platform and discovered that the principles he was teaching worked regardless of marketplace. Wayne’s private coaching journey started in 2014, when SEE THE FIELD Consulting was founded and Wayne began working with brokers and teams throughout the country, and once again his theories were validated, this time on a national scale.Wayne’s coaching revolves around the “pattern of success” of Clarity, Confidence and Consistency, unlocking the activities that each agent or broker enjoys, and coaching them to design a business model around those items.
