Since 2006 we have operated Plano's Premier No-Kill Animal Shelter. Our mission is to save cats and dogs at-risk of euthanazia form overcrowded municipal shelters.We supply them with needed medical care, food, and shelter. Just as important, we provide all of our cats and dogs with the love and attention they deserve until they are placed into their "forever homes". Everyone deserves a second chance.Second Chance is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are volunteer based, not affiliated with, nor do we receive any funding from, the SPCA of Texas, ASPCA, or any other humane organization. We do not receive any city, state, or federal funds.
